Last day of summer :(

Its 10:00pm.. about to go to bed. Taking my last breaths of summer vacation.. and putting on a slideshow in my head.. of all the great memories that i will always remember. I loved this summer.. but I also can't wait for my 1st year in public school. 7th grade already? it feels like i was in kindergarten 2 hours ago.. playing house with all my little friends :) . My life is taking off.., and even though summer might already be over.. the memories, friends, and moments.. will always live on. Just think about it this way" 10 MORE MONTHS UNTIL SCHOOLS OUT AGAIN :).. i love you all.. and remember.. take your last moments of summer vacation.. to remember the feeling of freedom.. before you go back to the prison we all know as school.... some of you might think your summer didn't go the way you wanted it to.. but you know that there was at least one day you enjoyed :).. some things i liked about this summer:

.Going to my favorite camp for 2 weeks

.meeting some great friends.. online and off

.going to Scotts party ( some of u already know about this :D )

. going shopping

. Going to Boston twice

. Going to Cape Cod.. then Nantucket

. Going to my camp dances.. 

. Going to my new schools orientations and tours\

.starting this blog

.drawing and designing

.writing this post.

.going on boat rides

. Going on chat

. playing Rockband with my sister and friends

. inviting my friends over

. party's and stuff

There was so much more.. but i forget it cuz it wasnt as important XDDD

Goodnight.. and remember. Technically summer isn't over.. Only summer vacation is XDD.. truley summer doesn't end until the end of september :)... just to make everyone feel better ROFL byee byee to you... anddd...

This is a classic first day of school outfit. Blue and black striped shirt with a jean jacket ;D I love jean jackets. I got the idea from one of the jackets i bought from Target.

How do i edit my worker profile?

Hey its Cher. I saw Hanna's post about having worker profiles, but I can't figure out how to put anything on them :( comment and help me out please! oh and heres a picture I took in North Carolina. We had a private walkway to the beach and this was the view from the top of it. minus the people, the ocean is pretty :D

Its a camping scene. the peach penguin is watching the fire, the green penguin is fishing, the orange penguin is popping its head out of the tent kinda like saying "the tent's finished!" and the pink one is just smiling xD NO ONE COPY MY IDEA D:<

Hey guys its Cher, here to announce that 

IM BACK FROM NORTH CAROLINA =D

I had the best beach house with a game room (there was pacman, pool, foozball, and pinball) and an outdoor pool with TWO HOTTUBS O: O: O: The ocean was magnificent. I went boogie boarding and dived in the waves and saw jellyfish lol the jellyfish scared me so i would scream and run out of the water lol well after 1 long week of not seeing my buddies IM FINALLY BACK =D

Art for Haiti begins!!

Hey its Hannajean.. and I wanted to warn you guys about the " Art for Haiti " contest! Here is what CP said: 

Hello Penguins!

As many of you know, we're always trying to help kids and families all over the world. And thanks to your support and generosity, a new school has been built in Haiti.

It just needs one more thing - a painted mural for the playground... And we want YOU to design it!

Show us what having fun means to you by drawing and sending us a picture of your penguin playing with your buddies! We'll then select the Top 4 pictures, and everyone will vote for their favorite here on the What's New Blog!

If your artwork is chosen, it will be painted by one of our artists as a large wall mural. We hope this mural will help share the gift of fun with all the kids who play there.

We'll be putting up a submission page next week. Here's the Dos and Don'ts list for your picture, so you can get started:

Do:
1. Draw between two and four penguins playing together.
2. Draw the picture taking place outdoors.
3. Draw penguins with only one or two simple items. Like hats and scarves!
4. Try to use five colors or less.
5. Use any art style you like! Pencils, pens and paints are great!

Don't:
1. Include any personal information (like an address).
2. Use any words.
3. Use anyone else's pictures.
4. Draw large or complicated items. (No Squidzoids!)
So what do you think? Let us know, and make sure to check back next week for more info.

Worker Profiles! New Edition to CPFD!

Hey .. well this post is actually to notify the workers that .. They have their own profiles now!.. It's a different website.. but it looks the same.. and will be linked as a page here! Workers will be able to edit their profile however they want.. but their profile MUST have..

1. Twitter Link ( If they have a twitter)
2. Drawing they made ( any of them you want.. and you dont have to put all of them)
3. Profile Picture.. ( of penguin lol ).. Country.. and what your job on CPFD is!

Things Workers MUST NOT do

1. Edit other workers profiles .. you have to click the page that says your name.. and go to " New Post" at the top.. then click " Edit Pages" on the left corner of the page. You can't add posts to pages ( As long as i know ) .. so under the " Title of Page" .. thats the only place you can type your profile and upload pictures :)

2. Change the banner or anything that does not have to do with your profile :)

I was very impressed by the drawings you sent us, and definitely want to encourage you to keep up the great work!

I agree with Dorian1453, that would be so cool if you worked for Club Penguin when you're older!  If you are 13 now, and the age requirement for working at Club Penguin is 18, that's 5 years you have to practice your drawing and art skills.

With 5 years of more practice, you will be an even more amazing artist than you already are.  That is really cool to think about!

Once again, keep up the great work, as you are an incredible artist!

CLUB PENGUIN EMAILED ME BACK!!!

This really nice lady that works for Club Penguin named Jenna emailed me back this morning, and I was really happy to see what she wrote! I sent her a email a few days ago showing her some of my igloo designs, and especially my new fashion designs! SHE LOVED THEM! the whole email was about how she loved my creativity and detail.. and that she's happy that I still keep in touch with my penguin account. She is even going to help me out with the whole " banning situation"!! I was super happy that she looked.. and I can't wait to email them back!

Im Rachie, you can see some of my work down the page a bit.
I decided to enter a contest and what you had to do ..is draw a penguin. I asked Hanna (nicely xD) if i could put it on the site and she said yes. Here it is. (its hand drawn on PAINT)

I guess its alright for using paint.
